Rental Conditions |

Rental Duration
A rental day is any 24 hour period from the commencement of the rental. An additional charge is calculated at 1/3rd of the daily rate, for every hour beyond the 24 hour period. |

| Driver’s Licence
The person intending to rent our Vehicles must produce a current Australian or overseas Drivers licence and have held it for at least 3 years.Minimum rental age is 23 years. |

Deposit
Auss Auto Rentals require a security deposit prior to the commencement of all rentals. |

Additional Driver
Additional drivers may be nominated on the rental contract at a premium of $5 per day. *Driver’s Licence requirements apply* |

Insurance
Is not included in the rates. A compulsory excess is applicable to all rentals. This excess may be reduced by the payment of a extra premium. The hirer’s full insurance obligations are subject to the terms and conditions of the signed rental agreement. |

Fuel
Fuel is not included. Vehicles are normally provided with a FULL tank of fuel & should be returned full or a refueling fee will apply.

Payment
Auss Auto Rentals accept most major credit cards(subject to authorization) Travellers cheques or cash. |
